Sian Davis. Huge Portrait oil on board

"Conchie" I am assuming this is a portrait of artist Jack Willetts but I could be wrong. It is a large & colourful work with tremendous presence on the wall.
The artwork is in very good condition with the odd little mark. The frame is solid wood & also in very good condition.
